The petitioner herein is the legal representative of the private complainant before the learned Judicial Magistrate in C.C.No.411 of 2013, which has resulted in acquittal and hence, during the life time of S.Mukanchand Bothra, he has preferred the Crl.A.No.329 of 2015. Pending appeal, the sole appellant died and his legal representative has filed this petition to continue the prosecution.
