This Court by an Order dated 29.04.2022, had directed the respondent Police to file an additional Charge Sheet within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

- Now the respondent Police has requested this Court to grant a further period of six months to complete the investigation and file the additional charge sheet as directed by this Court.
¶5
- Taking into consideration, the reasons assigned in the petition, the time granted by this Court is extended for a further period of three months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.
