This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1 day in filing
the above Criminal Revision Case.
- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.Though notice served on the respondent and his name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel, today when the matter is called.
- The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are accepted and the delay of 1 day in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
