This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.28491 of 2022 on 21.11.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

- Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
