This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 22
days in filing the restoration Petition to restore Crl.R.C.No.1527 of 2019
which was dismissed for default by order dated 19.06.2023.
- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
- Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of cost Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation Centre attached to this Court within a week and the delay of 22 days is condoned.
