This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15813 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21379 of 2022 on 19.10.2022 to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.
- Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
