This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26646 of 2022.
- Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.
- Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
