The contempt petition on hand has been filed praying to punish the Respondent for flouting and disobeying the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in W.P.No.15885 of 2019 and for abusing the process of this Hon'ble Court.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the Writ Appeal has already been filed and notice was ordered by the Division Bench in CMP.No.483 of 2023 in Writ Appeal No.SR88946 of 2022.
3.Since the directions issued by this Court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the contempt petition
stands closed .
