2 . In view of the affidavit filed and the fact that the sewage connection has been restored, I do not see any need to keep this Contempt Petition pending. Leaving it open to the parties to work out their rights in the Civil Revision Petition, the Contempt Petition is closed. All the contemnors are present and their presence are dispensed with.
