The contempt petition was closed on 27.09.2023 recording the

statement made by the learned Government Advocate that if the petitioner

withdraws the appeal, they will comply with the order passed by this court dated 15.10.2015 and also recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will withdraw the appeal filed by

him and the contempt petition was directed to be posted 'for reporting compliance'.

2.Today, Mrs.Mythreyechandru, learned Special Government

Pleader would state that the order dated 15.10.2015 passed by this Court has

been complied with. Therefore, no further order is necessary in this

Contempt Petition.
