This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the interim order passed by this Court in WMP.No.1436 of 2023 in WP.No.1370 of 2023, dated 19.01.2023, was not complied with.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government
Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the interim order passed by this Court has been complied with. To substantiate the same, the proceedings dt.8.5.2023 and the Joint letter of the petitioner dt.08.5.2023, were placed before this Court.
3.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
