Having heard the learned Deputy Official Liquidator for the office of the Official Liquidator and being satisfied with the reasons given in the report dated 20.12.2023 filed in respect of this above Company Application, the time for transferring the unpaid dividend as prayed for is allowed. Consequently, all the prayer sought for in this Company Application stands allowed.
