This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in H.M.C.M.A.No.22 of 2016 dated 18.04.2018 on the file of Additional District Judge, (Fast Track), Tenkasi confirming the judgment and decree passed in H.M.O.P.No.87 of 2013 dated 08.02.2016 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi.

The learned Counse appearing for the appellant has submitted that the appellant as well as the respondent had married independently another persons. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infractuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
