appellant and the respondent arrived before the District Medication Centre at Madurai, the parties have entered into an agreement to proceed with divorce on mutual consent. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous and the settlement agreement shall be form part and parcel of this judgment. There shall be no order as to costs.
