Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions in order dated 23.07.2018 passed in C.M.P.(MD). No. 12037 of 2017 in C.M.A.(MD). No. 919 of 2017 by granting visiting right to the petitioner to visit her grand daughter Miruniya on occasions whenever possible for the petitioner and to permit the stay of her granddaughter Miruniya at the petitioners home during the school holidays.

To set aside the order dated 10.08.2017 passed in G.W.O.P.No.5 of 2016 on the file of Learned District Judge, Ramanathapuram.
