Under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Building(Lease and Rent Control) Act,to set aside the Fair order and Executable order dated 07-01-2022, made in R.C.A.No.14/2018 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Subordiante Court) Tirunelveli, by confirming the Fair and Executable Order dated 12-09-2018 made in RCOP.No.12/2016 on the file of the 1st Additional Rent Controller (1st Additiona District Munsif Court), Tirunelveli and allow the Revision.

ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R. Civil Revision Petition after two weeks and also granted interim stay. Now the first respondent filed an execution petition in E.P.No.10 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif and the same is posted for production of copy of stay order. Hence, he filed the present petition.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that

this Court has already granted interim stay, it is appropriate to grant extension the stay for further period of four weeks (i.e. till 27.11.2023).
