This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 447 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Mr.S.Vadivel, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of R1/National Insurance Co.Ltd.,
- Mr.Deepa Hari Govind, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of R2.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 447 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 447 days, in the appeal.
- Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
- Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
