This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 15 days in preferring the above CRP.SR.No.43349 of 2023.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel
for the respondent.
- On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either sides, the delay of 15 days in preferring the above CRP.SR.No.43349 of 2023 is condoned.
- Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
- Registry is directed to list the above Civil Revision Petition after
numbering the same, if they are otherwise in order, on 27.11.2023.
