This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.8134 of 2023.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned
counsel for the respondent.
- On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either sides, the delay of 17 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.42504 of 2023 is condoned.
- Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
- Registry is directed to number the above Civil Revision Petition, if
it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course by printing the name
of Mr. N. Ponraj, learned counsel for the respondent.
