This is an application for condonation of delay of 474 days in filing the appeal.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the nonapplicant/first respondent. Heard Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the second respondent.
No counter-affidavit is filed by the non-applicant/first respondent denying the averments made in the application.
