- (1)The above miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay
of 214 days in filing the Petition to implead the proposed Respondents 2 to 4 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st Respondent Mrs.Lakshmi; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent in the Civil Revision Petition, by name, Mrs.Lakshmi; and to bring on record the
proposed Respondents 2 to 4 in the above Civil Revision Petition.
- (2)Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is
- inclined to allow all the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.
- (3)Hence, C.M.P.Nos.5785, 5788 & 5791 of 2023 in C.R.P.No.64 of 2021
- are ordered .
