This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 247 days in preferring the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.25395 of 2023.

- Though notice is served on the first respondent none appeared for him. M/s.C.Bhuvanasundari, the learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

- The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent fairly submits that she has no serious objection to condone the above said delay.

- In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the delay of 247 days is condoned.

- Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission and print the name of M/s.C.Bhuvanasundari in the cause list at the time of admission.
