This application is filed to set aside the order of struck off dated 20.02.2009 passed in
M.P.SR.No.76894 of 2008 in S.A.No.700 of 1994 and restore M.P.SR.No.76894 of 2008 in S.A.No.700 of 1994.
2.In view of the order passed in C.M.P.Nos.7979, 7980 & 7981 of 2023, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition has to be consequentially allowed and it is ordered.
3.Post the S.A.No.700 of 1994 on 19.04.2023.
