2 . This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 116 days in re-presenting the above said Second Appeal in No.SR 137516 of 2022.
3 . Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.
4 . Having considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and having been satisfied with the same, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 116 days in representing the above second appeal in S.A.Sr.No.137516 of 2022 is condoned.
