The above petition is filed to substitute the name of Mr.T.Ramachandran as partner of the respondent firm M/s.S.N.R.M.S.Palaiappa
Gounder and Co. in the place of the deceased partner Mr.M.Thangavelu to continue to represent the respondent firm in the above Second Appeal.
2 . The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the petition being ordered, accordingly the petition is ordered as prayed for.
3 . The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
