This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.672 of 2020 on the file of I Addl. District Court, Coimbatore by modifying the order dated 14.03.2023 made in C.R.P.(PD) No. 715 of 2023.
- Heard both sides.
- The reason assigned for extension of time is that inspite of the
order passed by this court to dispose the case within a period of six months in C.R.P.No.715 of 2023, however the 1st respondent/plaintiff is not cooperating with the proceedings for disposal of the case and she is going on filing Interlocutary Applications. To that effect, the learned counsel for 5th respondent Kavitha filed dates and events of the case from 05.04.2023 to 18.10.2023.
