This application is filed for injunction restraining the respondents from removing the wall. The respondents have been favoured with a decree for removal of wall. Since we had granted an order of stay by the separate order passed in CMP.No.20848 of 2023, we do not see any reason for grant of injunction.
2. Hence, this injunction application is dismissed .
