This petition is filed to condone the delay of 71 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 31.01.2023 and made in MACTOP.No.770 of 2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Judge/Additional District Judge, Tiruvannamalai.
2.Since R1 and R3 remained ex-pate before the Tribunal, notice to them is dispensed with.
3.Mr.K.Vinod, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
5.The Registry is directed to number the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
