This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Mr.Siva Kollappan, learned counsel appears on behalf of R3 and he has no objection to this Petition.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 250 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 250 days, in the appeal.
4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.
5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
6.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
