These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 274 days in paying the deficit Court Fee for a sum of Rs.710/- in CRP.Sr.No.76277 of 2022 and 274 days in paying the deficit Court Fee (Pondicherry Court Fee) for a sum of Rs.720/- in CMA in CRP.Sr.No. 76278 of 2022.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed on payment of cost of Rs.250/-[Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only] each petition to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks' Assoociation, Chennai, attached to this Court.
