- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions and no objections being raised on the side of respondents, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
- List the case in the 1st week of January, 2024.
Note : Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
