This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred against the award of the Tribunal, awarding a sum of Rs.19,84,400/- with interest and costs.
2.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent insurance company submitted that the insurance company has already satisfied the award amount.
3.The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. The same is recorded. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
