TERMS OF SETTLEMENT

The Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.1,50,050/- with interest at 7.5%

per annum from the date of petition till the date of deposit with costs as compensation.

The appellant has decided to settle the dispute by not pressing the same.

In view of the statement made by the appellant, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petition is closed.
