TERMS OF SETTLEMENT
The Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.63,300/- (including interim award passed, if any) with interest at 7.5% per annum from the date of filing of the petition till the date of deposit with cost. Aggrieved by the award of the Tribunal, the claimant / appellant had preferred the present appeal.
