Learned counsel for the applicant has made an endorsement in the Court bundle, stating that these applications can be closed. But, however, he seeks liberty to the applicant to file fresh applications, seeking for similar reliefs before the Arbitral Tribunal, once the same is constituted, under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. He would also submit that, since the hard disc containing mirror image of the data, which was seized by the Advocate Commissioner, appointed by this Court, is lying in the Registry of this Court, protection needs to be given for the applicant to safeguard the same. Therefore, he seeks liberty of this Court to file a fresh application to safeguard the hard disc containing the mirror image of the data, which was seized from the respondents. No prejudice would be caused if such a liberty is granted by this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents has also not raised any serious objection. But, however, in case, they have any objection, the respondents may be granted liberty to file a 1/3

counter in the said application as and when it is filed.

the applicant, as stated supra, these applications are disposed of and liberty

is granted as prayed for. The hard disc, which was seized by the Advocate Commissioner, pursuant to the directions given by this Court, shall continue to remain in the Registry until further orders of this Court.
