By order dated 17.10.2022, letters of administration were issued to the petitioners in O.P.No.703 of 2018 on condition that a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- be executed in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II). By these applications, the applicants / petitioners seek permission for the second petitioner to execute the bond on behalf of both the petitioners and for a three month extension of time.

- In the affidavit in support of these applications, it is stated that the first applicant / first petitioner currently resides in the United Kingdom.

- Upon considering the above reason and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, both these applications are allowed as prayed for.
