This application has been filed to amend the cause title of the plaint in C.S.No.228 of 2014 by substituting the name of the applicant viz., "Caparo Vehicles Products India Limited" with "Caparo Engineering India Limited (formerly known as Caparo Vehicles Products India Limited)".
2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application stands allowed.
3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment to the cause title of the plaint before 24.02.2023.
