The above application has been filed to permit Mrs.Rathikumari, the wife of the late Mahendra Babu, who was one of the attesting witnesses, to identify the signature of her husband.
2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons
stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered in the interest of justice.
