The defendant has filed this application to reject Exhibit P20, which was produced during the course of the examination-in-chief of the plaintiff. The defendant appeared in-person. She submits that Exhibit P20 consists of only 9 pages, whereas the plaintiff has exhibited an entire volume, which includes six enclosures.

1. She also invited my attention to an order dated 22.12.2021 in Application No.3340 of 2021, whereby this Court directed learned Master to record the objections raised by her.

1. Learned counsel for the plaintiff points out that baseless

allegations have been levelled not only against the plaintiff but also against the counsel. While the party-in-person maintains the allegations, on examining Exhibit P20, as noticed earlier, the enclosures to the letter are referred to in the letter itself. Therefore, these allegations are baseless and the defendants/partyin-person shall refrain from filing affidavits containing such baseless allegations in future.

1. On perusal of Exhibit P20, it appears to be a communication dated

16.09.2015 with 6 enclosures. The nature of the enclosures is specified in the document. The said enclosures are annexed to the document. In these circumstances, the decision of learned Additional Master to exhibit the document along with the enclosures cannot be faulted. The objection of the defendant has also been noted while recording evidence.
