These two applications have been filed i) to pass an order adding Mr.M.Thiliban, S/o.Mail Velou, No.5, Kinatru Street, 3rd Cross Street, Muthamizh Nagar, Orleanpet, Saram, Pondicherry-605 013 as the 3rd defendant in the above suit and ii) to permit the applicant/plaintiff to amend the plaint by adding a prayer for declaring that the sale deed dated 24.01.2020 executed by the 1st respondent/proposed 3rd defendant registered as Doc.No.380 of 2020 dated 30.01.2020 on the file of the SRO, Anna Nagar, is null and void and not binding on the applicant/plaintiff to the extent of inclusion of a portion of the suit property measuring 475 sq.ft. out of 3720 sq.ft. and a common passage on its southern side measuring 744 sq.ft and also wrong description of boundaries therein
