Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Managing Director of the 2nd Judgement Debtor was present and the counsel on instructions would submit that the 2nd Judgement Debtor is ready to provide all the details and records pertaining to their assets and liabilities for the scrutiny of the Decree Holder and that the Decree Holder can depute a person who can go over to the office of the 2nd Judgement Debtor at SEPC Limited (Formerly Shriram EPC Limited) having its registered office at Old No.56/L, New No.10/1, 4th Floor, BASCON FUTURA SV IT Park, Venkatnarayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai – 600017.

Mr.Abhinav Jain is deputed to visit the office of the 2nd Judgement Debtor in this regard. Mr.R.S.Chandrasekhar, the Chief Financial Officer of the 2nd Judgement Debtor shall offer all the

assistance to the representatives of the Decree Holder. The Decree

Holder’s representative would be accompanied by their counsel.

The list of assets and liabilities have been furnished as an

enclosure to the affidavit affirmed on 16.08.2023 in which they have

given the details of investment as on 31st March 2022 as follows:-

and mortgaging these share certificates till the disposal of the execution proceedings. Once the details of the assets are made known by the
