This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner in C.S. No.382 of 2016 to divide the plaint schedule property 12 equal shares in the A Schedule, 4 equal shares in the B schedule properties, and 32 equal shares in the C schedule properties and 4 equal shares in the E schedule properties in S.No.114/3 measuring 48 cents by mets and bounds and to allot 3/12th share in the A schedule, 1/4th share in the B schedule, 3/32 share in C schedule and 1/4th share collectively in the E schedule properties in S.No.114/3 measuring 48 cents to the petitioners.
- Heard both sides and perused the affidavit filed in support of the application.
- In view of the submission made on either side, this Court is of the view, an Advocate Commissioner could be appointed to divide the plaint schedule property as stated above and file a report. For this purpose,
