This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to permit

them to mark the photocopies of documents in C.S No.37 of 2017.

- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicants/plaintiffs to mark the photocopies of documents, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

- Registry is directed to list the main suit before the Additional

Master-IV, for recording of evidence on 10.07.2023.

- The learned Additional Master is directed to complete the evidence

- within a period of one month and return back the bundle to this Court, after completion of recording evidence.
