This application has been filed to issue subpoena to the employer of the first applicant's deceased husband N.Rajendran, namely M/s.Bharath Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), office of the Chief General Manager, Chennai Telephones, New No.10, Millors Road, Chennai – 600 010 to produce (a) Service Register (b) last drawn salary certificate (c) paper/file relating to declaration made by the first applicant's husband about the names of the dependants to whom the benefits would go (d) entire file relating to the death benefits and appointment on compassionate ground of the first applicant's husband N.Rajendran.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed.
