This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent viz (1)AL Vasantha and (2) AL Sharadha as respondents 12th and 13th in OP.No.181 of 2022.
2 . Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials available on record.
3 . Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this application is allowed.
4 . The registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in OP and list the matter after two weeks.
