"1) The respondent has given Rs.4 Lakhs to the petitioner by way of State Bank of India, Papanasam Branch D.D.No.26170, dated 10.03.2022 as full and final settlement in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is also received the same.
2) The respondent has sent all the belongings to the petitioner thro' transport and petitioner also received the same.
3) The petitioner has also sent all belongings of the respondent thro' transport to the respondent and he received the same.
4) There is no future claim regarding maintenance etc., with each other.
5) Both parties have agreed that they will not make any allegations with each other in future.
6) Both parties have agreed for divorce except the allegations made in their respective petition and both counsel are ready to expediate the proceeding in HMOP No.256 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Kumbakonam which is pending.
7) The petitioner is also agreed to withdraw the complaints against respondent pending before concerned police station."
