Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner, after some arguments sought permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition but sought leave of this Court to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to seek levy of property tax and approach this Court if necessary after obtaining sanction of plan for the construction he has put up. Request acceded to.
