This writ petition is filed by one Dharmalingam alleging that he is a resident of Meenakshipuram, Sivagiri Taluk and having small holding of agricultural land in the said village and the Headman of the village and his team members are engaged in conducting Kangaroo Court and extracted money from the villagers and excommunicating those, who refused to pay money to them and therefore, seeks mandamus directing the first and second respondents to take appropriate criminal action against the sixth respondent/village Headman and his team members.
6.With this observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs.
