PRAYER : Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent made in O.Mu.Nos.3250/AA1/2017 and 3251/AA1/2017, dated 01.09.2017 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant approval to the appointment made by the petitioner Management to the post of Junior Assistant.
