PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1^st respondent to take action against the 3^rd Respondent for plying his vehicle in non permitted route namely from Thirukattupalli Bus Stand to Poondimatha Church (via) Pudhupalam, Poodimatha Church new arch and in Lalkudi Government Bus route by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2022 in light of the proceedings of the 1^st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.383/A2/2021 dated 27.08.2021.

This writ petition is disposed of with the consent of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 at the time of admission, as this writ petition can be disposed of by directing the 2^nd respondent to act on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2022 and in terms of the reference made by the 1^st respondent in Na.Ka.No.383/A2/2021 dated 27.08.2021 to the 2^nd respondent within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the 2^nd respondent shall also hear all the interested parties before such orders are passed. No costs.
